Encore Academy of Dance offers birthday parties to all children, students and non-students alike. Encore is a wonderful place to have a dance or tumble related or themed birthday party for your child in a safe and fun atmosphere.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a time and date for your child’s birthday party.
We offer several different options for our birthday parties:
Option 1: $40 per hour -Encore Academy of Dance may be rented to you for your birthday party, and we will take care of all the cleaning.
Option 2: $150 ($5 per child over 12 children) – There will be an hour of activity provided by an Encore instructor. This activity will include, but not be limited to dance, tumbling, games, movement, etc. and will be tailored around the theme of your child’s birthday party. The other hour will be left for your child and their friends to enjoy cake, ice cream and opening presents. You will also have up to a half hour to come in to set up &/or wait for parents to pick up their children. All clean up with be handled by Encore.
Option 3: $230 ($7 per child over 12 children) All the features of option 2 as well as all Paper Products (utensils, plates, cups, napkins, table cloths for up to 12 children & 10 adults); Balloons (a balloon for each party guest, 3 for the birthday child, 3 for the front door); Happy Birthday Signs; up to 22 invitations; Goodie Bags (one for every party child filled with goodies).
Option 4: $280 ($10 per child over 12) All the features of option 3 as well as Invitations (completed & mailed for you~all you have to do is provide names & address’); Cake & Ice Cream complete with candle (we will even do the personalization you choose); Drinks (of your choice) & ice provided for you; up to 25 Thank You notes provided for the birthday child; ALL set up & clean up is done by Encore. All you have to do is show up & enjoy the fun!!!
