Karyna is a Ukrainian citizen who recently moved to Durham, NC. She began dance class at the age of 4 and enrolled in a professional ballet boarding school at the age of 10. The ballet school taught her to be disciplined, purposeful and not give up when something doesn’t work out. After graduating from college, she worked at the Kyiv Ballet Theatre, touring Europe. In 2021, Karyna completed her Bachelor of Performing Arts, majoring in Acting. In 2022, she received a scholarship from American Dance Festival and had the opportunity to study from dance industry leaders in the direction of ballet and modern jazz.

Karyna speaks three languages and believes that no one should ever stop improving themselves physically and emotionally. Her goal is to encourage children and teenagers to express their emotions through dance and develop self-confidence.
